Nicole McAuliffe
Nicole is coach and facilitator with over twenty years experience in the corporate world working with a large logistics firm (National Rail Corporation), Telstra and some of Australia’s largest financial services organizations (ANZ, AXA, NAB and Westpac). She has a highly successful track record in the areas of Change Management consulting (Accenture) and Career Coaching. Spending much of her career inspiring professionals to make the most of themselves and their people during times of transition.
Nicole is director of Creative Connections, which was set up in 2003 specializing in career and wellness coaching for women. In addition to being an active corporate and personal coach, Nicole is a past President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) in Victoria, the lead facilitator at the Life Coaching Institute of Australia, provides career mentoring to students of Monash Graduate School of Business and lectures at the Centre for Small Business and Management at Box Hill Institute.
Nicole is also a Senior Associate with Xplore for Success, a Career Resiliency Program which provides self-awareness, mentoring and networking skills to professionals, with an emphasis on women. Through Xplore, she has worked with organisations such as, Origin Energy, Commonwealth Bank in addition to running public programs.
Nicole is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Australia Facilitators Network (AFN), IPPA. She has a B.Ed (University of Melbourne) and an MBA (Monash University). Nicole also has a Diploma in Life Coaching, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and is qualified Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner.
Nicole loves to travel but equally enjoys being at home playing with her dog tending the garden. She lives and works in Melbourne with her husband and best friend Daniel and her son and inspiration Will.
